BIRCHE currently ships within India.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production requirements, courier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond BIRCHE's reasonable control.

For large, heavy, or otherwise specialised products, additional delivery or pallet charges may apply.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

All BIRCHE purchases are final sale.

BIRCHE does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to confirmed damage or a manufacturing defect.

Made-to-order and bespoke products are also final sale.

In the event that an order arrives damaged or a manufacturing defect is identified, the issue will be handled according to our Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Goods & Warranty Policy.

VIOLATION OF RULES
